The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was perfect - I could walk to many attractions in the area for a morning meeting, and it was also close to subways for easy access to all areas of lower Manhattan.

The hotel was cozy and the staff was consistently courteous, it had beautiful location near many subways. We loved the room: it was compact and stylish.

We were able to easily walk to major landmarks and enjoy the great shopping in the area. The lobby bar was a great spot to relax and the happy hour had delicious appetizers. The staff, especially Manjula, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms may have been small, but the cozy atmosphere and comfortable bed made up for it. The hotel also provided complimentary Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The Queen size bed makes it a 140 bed and attention on the 1st floor you can hear the subway.

Clean and well-maintained room with a great shower. the mini bar was a nice touch and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The heating in the room was not sufficient and the staff's solution of providing an electric heater was not enough to keep the room warm. the wifi was also unreliable and I had to rely on my own data most of the time.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was absolutely perfect, allowing us to easily explore a variety of restaurants and cuisines. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that all of our needs were met. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and even tea and coffee facilities. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. we were impressed with the high level of service and the convenient location of this hotel.

Overall excellent experience with no negative aspects mentioned.

Wifi hard to reach in the rooms

I hesitated for a very long time how to dress up in words staying in this hotel. Surely the location is excellent: proximity to the metro, the main attractions of NY (zone after WTC, Brooklyn Bridge, the highest viewing terrace - One Word Observatory), shops: Target, Marshall. The district is like the heart of Manhattan. The next mega plus is the staff - nice, helpful, professional (special thanks to the Sergeant :). Efficient and large elevator as per the hotel conditions. As far as the rooms are concerned, there was a bit of a clash here - just small, but that's not why a person comes to spend whole days in the rooms ;). However, well-equipped: TV set, radio alarm clock with a classic USB charger. iron. Very well equipped fridge with drinks and snacks (prices also quite decent). Efficient air conditioning and heating as needed (such 2 in 1). Bathroom clean, equipped with all cosmetics: soap, bath gel, shampoo and conditioner - not too big but just right. Towels down and changed daily. Mega comfortable beds! - mattresses great! Wi-fi generally works - but it has its better and worse hours. Breakfast, unfortunately, is quite a weak point - you can eat, but it's like sitting at the reception desk at such a bar - this mini restaurant, which you can see in the pictures during breakfasts - is closed. But there is a plus, because there is a restaurant opposite the hotel with a full selection of really good breakfasts. A very nice bow from the hotel is free water with lemon and coffee available practically all day at the bar. The hotel is definitely worth recommending - here and for this price. It can be seen that the staff is keen on the comfort of guests and gradual improvement of the standard. Keep it up!

We stayed at a small and intimate hotel in the quiet Tribeca neighborhood. The location was ideal, as it was near the financial district and multiple subway stations, making it convenient for our morning meetings. The rooms were clean and stylish, with soundproofed windows ensuring a peaceful sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, rushing to prepare our room when we arrived early. the hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our romantic escape. We were able to easily explore the nearby attractions and find great places to eat breakfast. the check-in process was quick and hassle-free. Additionally, the top floor suite we rented with a kitchenette allowed us the flexibility to eat whenever we wanted, which was a major plus during our stay.

Getting assistance from the hotel staff was a challenge. We attempted to contact them multiple times through the app and text but never received any response.

We were very impressed with the central location of this place. It's within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, including Chinese and Italian, and some of the city's most iconic landmarks like Times Square. The staff were really helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist us with our needs. In addition, the room was modern and clean with amenities like air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and TV, making our stay here even more comfortable.

I recently had the opportunity to stay in a charming boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The location was excellent, with the hotel being close to all major subway stations. This made it very convenient for exploring the city. The room was small but cozy, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The amenities, such as the coffee machine in the room and the complimentary espresso drinks in the morning, added a nice touch. It would have been helpful if there was more room for a cot or the option to open windows for fresh air. it was a pleasant stay but lacked certain accommodations for families.

Lovely boutique hotel on a busy street, not too noisy. Great lobby for relaxation and cocktails with live music. Excellent service from friendly staff. Convenient location for attractions and ferries. Complimentary drinks and Equinox gym pass.
